V&G Oil 2002 owns a last generation flour mill, Ocrim brand (Italy), with a processing capacity of 24 tons /24 hours, which processes BIO flour out of its own grain, carefully selected and using the best parameters in bakery.

The flour we produce using a fully automated modern facility is of the highest quality and ensures the traceability of a product which leaves the richness of nature and reaches the final consumer in the best conditions, being checked and controlled to make sure that it is 100 percent organic, FREE of addition improvers and leavening agents.
