The benefits of organic farming

Conventional agriculture producers say that are not sufficient evidence that organic farming is better for our environment.

But let’s see few reasons:

1 – organic agriculture does not contaminate soil and water. Through organically way to achieve agricultural products it is severely restricted chemicals, there is no risk of contamination of soil or groundwater, as in contrast to conventional agriculture, which use tons of pesticides and artificial fertilizers.

2 – to produce ecological means protecting wildlife. By not using chemicals that are so toxic and using natural methods  to control pests, BIO crop  (BIO means exactly the same thing with ecological or organic) become a „refuge” for wild animals which are living in their natural environment, how it doesn’t happen in the case of conventional crops.

3 – Organic farming helps to conserve biodiversity. Avoiding the use of chemicals and pesticides, the use of alternative and natural methods to do agriculture is an important factor for biodiversity conservation, factor that encourages natural balance between ecosystems, preventing the domination of one species over the other.

4 – organic farming is a help against global warming. Most BIO products are distributed and consumed locally. This reduces fuel consumption and energy used in transport and distribution, which means reducing carbon emissions, which are considered as the main cause for global warming with its negative effects on our lives.

5- organic farming prevents soil erosion. Producing organically, the soil is covered by vegetation which stops the wind to blow away the part of the top of fertile soil.

organic-farmingAgranoLand produces organic on one third of the areas they cultivate, being a first step to respect nature, soil protection, the environment and biodiversity. Our methods of doing BIO agriculture  become sources for 100% natural products, fresh and organic certified.
